" EU funds evolutionary developmental biology research network
How did the different species of animals evolve? With the most recent advances in genetics it is now possible to tackle many unsolved questions in the field of evolution with expectations of success. The EU has decided to help along this process by financing a network for a broad graduate program in the field to the tune of EUR 3.77 million.
One of the nine participants in this program is the Section for Paleobiology at the Department of Earth Sciences at Uppsala University."
