Scirus - Topics pages. I wiki-liknande format: "where scientific experts summarize specific scientific topics, and where links to the latest, most relevant journal literature and web sources are presented on one page." Ännu inte så många "topics", men kan kanske bli en tillgång så småningom. En tjänst från Elsevier.

2collab Nu har Elsevier -i samarbete med Scopus & ScienceDirect- givit sig in i "social software" branschen. I en betaversion har man släppt ut en tjänst för socialt nätverkande:

Veropedia och
Citizendium, två "spin offs" från Wikipedia.
Citizendium: skapad av
Larry Sanger, en av Wikipedias grundare. Här finns namn på de författare som skriver och deras profiler och expertis. Innehåller granskas av “editors”
Veropedia: Artiklarna kommer från Wikipedia men bara de bästa. De går heller inte att ändra, om de ska ändras så görs det av "editorer"
